본 서비스(DWG Translation Client)는 시험적(베타) 서비스로 제공됩니다. 사용자는 아래 내용을 충분히 이해하고 동의한 후 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.
1. 저작권 및 파일 책임
- 사용자가 업로드하는 DWG 파일 및 그 안에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 및 사용 권한은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다.
- 본 서비스는 업로드된 파일의 소유권을 주장하지 않으며, 번역 처리 목적 외의 용도로 파일을 사용하지 않습니다.
- 사용자는 제3자의 저작권, 영업비밀, 기타 권리를 침해하지 않는 파일만 업로드해야 합니다.
2. 번역 결과에 대한 책임 제한
- 본 서비스는 자동화된 번역 시스템을 기반으로 하며, 번역 결과의 정확성, 완전성, 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 시스템 오류, 데이터 손상, 네트워크 문제, 외부 API 장애 등으로 인해 번역 실패, 지연, 결과 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 번역 결과를 실제 설계, 시공, 계약, 법적 문서 등에 사용하는 경우 반드시 사용자가 직접 검토 및 검증해야 합니다.
3. 시스템 장애 및 서비스 중단
- 본 서비스는 예고 없이 일시 중단, 변경, 종료될 수 있습니다.
- 시스템 오류로 인해 작업 데이터가 손실될 수 있으며, 이에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 중요한 파일은 반드시 사전에 백업하시기 바랍니다.
4. Google Analytics 사용 안내
- 본 서비스는 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Analytics를 사용하여 방문 정보, 사용 패턴 등 비식별 통계 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다.
- 수집된 정보는 개인을 식별하지 않으며, 서비스 품질 개선 목적 외의 용도로 사용되지 않습니다.
- 사용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다.
5. 법적 책임의 한계

This service is provided as a test / beta service.
By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Copyright & File Ownership
- All DWG files and their contents uploaded to this service remain the sole property and responsibility of the user.
- The service provider does not claim ownership of any uploaded files.
- Uploaded files are processed only for the purpose of translation.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not infringe copyrights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or any third-party rights.
2. Translation Accuracy Disclaimer
- This service uses an automated translation system.
- The service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of translation results.
- Translation results may contain errors, omissions, or inconsistencies due to system limitations, data corruption, network issues, or external API failures.
- Users must independently review and verify all translated content before using it for design, construction, contracts, legal, or commercial purposes.
3. System Errors & Service Availability
- The service may experience temporary interruptions, delays, or failures without prior notice.
- Translation jobs may fail or data may be lost due to system errors or unexpected conditions.
- The service provider is not responsible for data loss.
- Users are strongly advised to keep backups of all important files.
4. Google Analytics Notice
